All staff are hereby informed that every personal correspondence should contain the following details of the staff concerned: 

a.       Full Name (Surname Last in Capitals) and Title;

b.      Staff Number; and

c.       Current Designation.

These details are required for undelayed processing of staff requests as appropriate.
