CONDUCT OF 2018 MANAGEMENT AUDIT OF FME DEPARTMENTS, PARASTATALS, TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS AND 104 FEDERAL GOVERNMENT COLLEGES

The Federal Ministry of Education has requested the University to complete the attached form ‘‘Outline of Management Audit Information gathering Instrument’’ and return, accordingly.

Consequently, you are requested to kindly note as follows, that:

i.            it is mandatory for all Heads of Administrative Departments and Deans of Faculty to complete the form and forward same online to registrar@fuoye.edu.ng;

ii.            the soft copy of the forms has been placed on the University’s Website and individual emails for you to access;

iii.            a sample template on how to complete the form is attached;

iv.            item ‘‘I: OUTPUT’’ may be skipped as it will be handled by the University Management;

v.            please treat as very urgent and very important; and

vi.            deadline for submission of the duly completed forms is 4.00 pm, Monday, 27^th May, 2019, please.
