NSCDC EKITI STATE COMMAND VISITS FUOYE VC.
Commandant Solomon T. Iyamu who is the recently posted State Commandant paid a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor, Prof Kayode Soremekun on 5th June, 2018.
In his remarks, the Commandant mentioned that it is barely a week of his assumption of duties in the state command but it is imperative that he pays a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor to appreciate the existing relationship between the school and the command. He also included that he is very happy to meet the VC in person based on the complements he had received from his predecessor.
The State Commandant pledged his support to the Institution and requested that they are available to serve the institution at any time or any instance. He added that whenever the Institution needs them, the institution shall get a very good and active response because they are not only here to serve but serve better.
Though the visit was brief but productive, the VC in response appreciated the kind gesture and applauded the command for their usual co-operation and prompt response whenever the University had serious challenges. He also promised to return the good favour in future.
