ADDENDUM TO ADVERTISEMENT |
RE: INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
Please, refer to our earlier advert published on Thursday, 25 September 2014 in Guardian and Nation Newspapers on pre-qualification for Construction of Theatre Arts Complex and Furnishing of Theatre Arts complex funded under TETFUND Intervention Fund Year 2013 Tetfund Normal Intervention.
The general public is hereby informed that, the said advert include: Expression of Interest (EOI) for the engagement of consultants for the lots:
- Lot 1: Construction of Theatre Arts Complex;
- Lot 2: Furnishing of Theatre Arts Complex.
We hereby re-state the following responsive criteria as shown below:
- Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation and Registration with CAC;
- Evidence of VAT Registration Certificate;
- Evidence of Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2011, 2012 and 2013);
- Evidence of Compliance Certificate with the provisions of Section 6(1)(3) of the amended industrial training Fund (ITF) Act No. 19 of 2011;
- Current Pension Clearance Certificate from PENCOM.
Notice is also given to the interested contractors/suppliers/consultants to include in the pre-qualification requirements: submission of the profiles including the professional qualifications of the principal employees/architects of the contractors and photocopies of registration certificates with professional regulatory bodies (i.e. ARCON, COREN, QSRBN and CORBON for construction projects)
All other conditions of the pre-qualification remain unchanged.
