CLARIFICATION
– RE: PHYSICAL STAFF VERIFICATION EXERCISE
Circular Ref. FUOYE/REG/ CIR/18/Vol. 2/ 136 dated 25th April, 2019 in respect of the current Physical Staff Verification Exercise, refers.
This is to inform all staff of the University that the current Physical Staff Verification Exercise mandated by the Budget Office of the Federation is not in any way related to the Integrated Payroll and Personnel System (IPPS).
Rather, the exercise is exclusively designed to ascertain the staff strength of the University, with a view to reviewing upwards the University Personnel Cost as directed by the Budget Office of the Federation.
Accordingly, staff are being enjoined to comply with the existing directives of the University Management on the exercise.
