About the Faculty

The Faculty of Social Sciences offers diverse academic programmes that examine social systems, public institutions, and economic processes. Our departments include Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Criminology and Security Studies, and Development Studies. Each programme combines theoretical foundations with practical research approaches to prepare students for real-world problem-solving.
Graduates of the Faculty are well prepared for careers in public administration, policy analysis, international development, corporate organisations, civil society, research institutions, and consulting. Many also pursue advanced studies and leadership roles in academia, government, and international organisations.
