Core duties include:
Coordinating University-approved shuttle and transport services
Managing designated transport routes and operational schedules
Ensuring vehicle safety, roadworthiness, and compliance with transport regulations
Supervising drivers and transport personnel in line with institutional policies
Supporting official University events and academic activities with transport logistics
Promoting safe commuting practices among students and staff
Collaborating with relevant authorities to maintain campus traffic order
Monitoring service quality and addressing transportation-related concerns
Maintaining transport fleet records and service documentation
Advising Management on transport infrastructure and mobility planning
