About the Programme
The Public Law programme provides comprehensive training in constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law and procedure, human rights law, public international law, and legislative processes. Students examine the relationship between the state and citizens, the rule of law, separation of powers, and accountability mechanisms.
Teaching combines lectures, case law analysis, moot court exercises, legal drafting, and research seminars. Emphasis is placed on statutory interpretation, constitutional governance, regulatory compliance, and public interest litigation. The curriculum aligns with national legal education standards and global public law practices, ensuring graduates possess strong analytical and advocacy skills.
