About the Programme
The Private Law programme offers in-depth study of contract law, tort law, commercial transactions, property law, company law, family law, equity and trusts, and alternative dispute resolution. Students analyse legal principles governing personal and commercial relationships, financial transactions, and property rights.
Teaching integrates lectures, case law interpretation, moot court practice, legal drafting exercises, and research projects. Emphasis is placed on corporate compliance, dispute resolution mechanisms, and evolving commercial legal standards. The curriculum aligns with national professional requirements and international commercial law developments.
